Whether you currently offer managed services and would like to enhance your service portfolio, or are interested in moving into this sector, NetServices are able to offer you support and experience. With our Cisco MSCP designations, our Service Desk guided by ITIL best practice, and our Prince 2 qualified project managers – you are in capable hands.

NetServices work with a select number of strategic partners in the provision of networking and voice services. Our partners vary from Systems Integrators adding networking to their portfolio ,Voice Integrators implementing solutions where networking is inclusive and video conferencing distributors who need cost effective access products to network integrators all of which need our SIP services.

NetServices operate both 'sell to' and 'sell through' models and can be either transparent to customers or provide services on a 'white-label' basis depending on the partners' requests and the level of partnership entered into. The comprehensive range of services available from NetServices allows partners to extend their own service portfolio and maximise revenues from their installed customer bases.

We only work with a small number of exclusive partners to ensure we can properly and fully support your business. Rather than operate a volume, 'one size fits all partner policy' we prefer to work on a bespoke basis with each partner as needs the partnership terms dictate. To ensure success for both parties we only work with a select number of partners who we believe have compatible visions and business objectives to those of NetServices.

Partner Support

Because we do not operate a volume partner programme our partner support is as individual as our partners are. Our partners businesses vary and the skills they have in-house are equally diverse, so we work with each one on a bespoke basis depending on requirements. Partner support is largely in the form of the sharing of our skills sets and expertise in order to achieve our joint business objectives.
  • Account Management
Because we insist on working only with 'compatible' partners we assign each one a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager is available to work from your office and attend joint meetings with the sales force. He/she acts as your key point of contact with NetServices. Their role is to not just in sales or pre-sales support but to ensure that e.g. our project management, implementation, support and billing processes are aligned.
  • Training
In the emerging and constantly changing area of the market we operate in, training is one of the key areas we can assist our partners. This includes sales training so your sales force can spot opportunities in the first instance, to the more technical aspects including pre-sales and technical support. The transfer of knowledge from our in-house experts to yours benefits both organisations and is a cornerstone of our partner strategy.
  • Marketing
We don't offer 'off the shelf' marketing campaigns for you to push out to your customers and we don't run marketing programmes for their own sake. We do however offer bespoke marketing contribution depending on your needs. This has included working with partners to produce additional web content they can use on their own sites to assisting with customer profiling to campaign development.
